General Information Provisions

Issue date and issuing sponsor must be indicated by sponsor and registration must be received by Infinity Incentive Group within 30 calendar days of the issue date or the offer is invalid/void. You are required to mail the completed Registration Form along with one self addressed stamped #10 business size envelope with 3 first class stamps attached for return postage.

RESPONSIBILITY: Infinity Incentive Group does not assume any liability or responsibility for the discount savings that may or may not occur when using your savings certificates. Offer valid at participating restaurants only. SAVINGS REWARD BOOK: You will receive your $1000 reward savings book by mail within two weeks from the date the enrollment registration form is received by Infinity Incentive Group.

Congratulations! You have received your ticket to great food and fun. As a valued participant of this program to take advantage of your Meal Ticket, you must register your certificate within 30 days to receive your $1000 savings reward book. This promotional offer is not transferable and has no cash surrender value. Gift must be used by the primary recipient and is non transferable and cannot be divided. The submission of your registration Form to Infinity Incentive Group acknowledges your request for your restaurant savings book and you are aware that this is not your $1000 Savings Reward Book – that will be mailed to you within two weeks. Once you have received your Savings Reward Book you are required to follow all terms and conditions of the savings book to receive your coupons. $1000 Savings Reward Book is provided by a third party and is being offered as a convenience only. Printed on the back on the lower portion your Restaurant Savings Book is your new Official Book Number.  You will need to use this new OFFICIAL number for all correspondence with your coupon provider.  Infinity Incentive Group, Inc. does not provide any warranties and shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or failure to receive the services promised resulting from the use of the coupon book. The information on the Meal Ticket Brochure is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the $1000 Savings Reward Book. Use of the $1000 Savings Reward Book is subject to acceptance of the mandatory terms and conditions that accompany the $1000 Savings Reward Book. Infinity Incentive Group’s agents, assignees, and or delegates act independently of the company providing the fulfillment of the Restaurant Savings Reward Book and not as agents or employees thereof, and will not assume responsibility for any in the $1000 Restaurant Savings Reward Book. You further understand that all corporate names and logos included in the Meal Ticket and Restaurant Savings Book are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Promotional restaurant coupons vary per zip code market. Most of the restaurants included in the savings book are independently owned and operated and coupons can only be used if accepted in your market. Offers vary and are subject to seasonal and promotional time frame restrictions. The General Information Provisions under which you agreed to cannot be changed or amended by any person or company without the written consent of an authorized officer of Infinity Incentive Group.
